In this enriching and informative workshop, you will learn to safely teach and empower your expecting students. We will cover the changing anatomy throughout each stage of pregnancy, beneficial poses throughout the stages, and hands-on modifications, adjustments and the use of props for contraindicated poses. The workshop will provide you with the tools to help a mother safely practice throughout her pregnancy, and to build her strength and confidence as she prepares for birth.
Expecting practitioners also welcome!
Kristi completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training with Amy Beth Treciokas at Yoga Now Chicago, and her Prenatal Teacher Training with Sarah Longacre and Stacy Seebart at Blooma Yoga in Minneapolis.
